DELIVERY & RETURNS

FOR COLLECTION GARMENTS:

All collection garments, both made to measure and standard sizing, are made to order in our London atelier, please allow at least 2-6 weeks for the garment to be made and delivered to you. The lead time depends on the complexity of the garment and our production schedule. We will be in touch to let you know the lead time within a few days of receiving your order. All collection garments will be delivered to your chosen address by dedicated courier, free of charge.

Made to measure garments cannot be returned as they are made for your unique body specifications. Please refer to the made to measure section above to see how the process works. . If there is a fit issue, alterations are available upon request. Fees may apply.

Standard sizing garments can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.

 

FOR ACCESSORIES:

UK: FREE, 2-4 working days

Europe: FREE, 2-4 working days

International: £30, 3-10 working Days

London: £25, Same day courier

 

All Accessories can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Dedicated but not limited to leather, our bespoke service gives connoisseurs of fashion the chance to curate garments to their tastes and desires, tailored by our artisans to suit any size and body shape.
